Kole Finley is a highly accomplished Business and Transformational Coach. As the Principal Owner of Finley-RE: Coaching and Consulting, LLC™, Kole brings over 30 years of experience as a professional trainer, coach, and instructional designer to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.

Throughout her career, Kole has collaborated with renowned companies, including Krispy Kreme, Icon LLC, Blockbuster Video, Microsoft, John L. Scott, and Keller Williams, offering her expertise in coaching, training, and instructional design. Her extensive background has equipped her with a deep understanding of various industries and the unique challenges they face.

Recognized for her expertise and impact, Kole is an internationally known real estate coach and trainer, as well as a transformational coach and leadership coach. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to embrace their potential and achieve extraordinary success.

Kole earned an MFA in music from Arizona State University and MBA in human resource development from The George Washington University. She currently holds the CPIC (Certified Professional Integrative Coach) designation as well as the MCNE (Master Certified Negotiations Expert) designation.

Prior to founding Finley-RE: Coaching and Consulting LLC, Kole spent 27 in human resource development, management, and leadership roles. Her exceptional leadership abilities and dedication to excellence led her to serve as a CEO and Team Leader for Keller Williams, further honing her business knowledge and strategic acumen.

Most recently she launched the highly anticipated Breakthrough-RE Elite Agent Academy, which parters with real estate agents as well as independent real estate brokerages and large teams to provide training and coaching solutions for their real estate agents. She saw the urgent need for these smaller entities to provide training and coaching, not only for the growth of their agents, but to also help them recruit top talent and retain their best and brightest.

Samantha Carmody

Samantha Carmody is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in business administration. She specializes in team leadership, communication, and marketing design, making her a valuable asset to the Finley Coaching and Consulting Team.

Samantha's career began as an executive assistant for a prominent real estate team in the Phoenix area. In this role, she gained expertise in task management and ensured the team's seamless operations.

Transitioning to The Fellows Group with Keller Williams, Samantha assumed the position of Marketing Manager, where she demonstrated her skills in marketing strategy and design, contributing significantly to the company's growth.

Samantha also has experience as an Administrative Assistant for Jeri Mason of Jeri Mason Properties, further honing her skills in administration and exceptional customer service.

Today, Samantha serves as the Success Team Leader at Finley Coaching and Consulting, overseeing client communications and managing the operations of Finley Coaching and Consulting as well we the Breakthrough-RE Elite Agent Academy. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to lead and communicate effectively make her an invaluable member of the Finley family.

Steve Finley
