Digital products and resources are available through the Community platform, ensuring members can start leveraging their benefits without delay.

At the Breakthrough RE Elite Agent Academy, we strive to provide valuable and impactful resources to support your real estate career growth. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to offer flexible membership options to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Process
Members may cancel at any time by submitting a Cancellation Form by CLICKING HERE.
Once processed, the member will no longer have access to the Breakthrough-RE Elite Agent Community nor any of the features of the Bronze Membership.
Upgrade Your Membership
Members have the option to upgrade their membership at any time. To complete your upgrade, please visit the Breakthrough-RE Elite Agent Store at breakthrough-re.com/store.
SILVER MEMBERSHIP LEVEL
Silver Level Fulfillment Policy
Silver members enjoy all Bronze benefits with additional exclusive content and programs to foster their growth. Access to the Quarterly Elite Agent Mastermind, Business Gap Analysis Inventory, client guides, listing and buyer presentations, and specialized courses are facilitated through the Membership Center on the website. A welcome email outlines detailed instructions for accessing these resources, ensuring a seamless start to their enhanced membership experience.
Silver Membership Transition Downgrade, and Upgrade Policy
At the Breakthrough RE Elite Agent Academy, we understand that your needs and goals may evolve over time. To support your journey and ensure flexibility, we offer options for transitioning between membership levels, including upgrading or downgrading your membership, as well as cancellation at the end of your membership period.
Upgrading Your Membership
At Any Time: Members can opt to upgrade their membership level at any point during their subscription period. To initiate an upgrade, please complete our online form.
Immediate Effect for Month-to-Month Plans: For members on a month-to-month plan, the upgrade takes effect immediately, with the new rate applied on the next billing cycle.
Next Billing Cycle for Annual Plans: For Silver annual memberships, any upgrade to a higher level will commence at the start of the next billing cycle. The amount already paid towards the current annual membership will be credited towards the upgrade.
Downgrading Your Membership
Members have the option to downgrade their membership at the end of their current membership period. To process a downgrade, please submit a request through our designated online form.
Transitioning at the End of Membership Period
Cancellation or Downgrade: At the end of each membership period, members can choose to either cancel or downgrade their membership. This request must be made through our online form.
Upgrade Continuation: If opting for an upgrade, the transition to the new membership level will be processed as outlined in the upgrade section above.
Silver Membership Level Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Process: Silver members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a Cancellation Form, which can be accessed here.
Upon processing the cancellation request, access to the Silver Level benefits, including the Quarterly Elite Agent Mastermind, Business Gap Analysis Inventory, and additional resources, will be terminated.
No refunds will be issued for any remaining time in the membership period, regardless of the billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Financial Considerations: For monthly subscriptions, no refunds are provided for the current month's charge.
For annual subscriptions, members are encouraged to ensure they are committed to the annual plan, as no refunds are available once charged. The benefit of the annual plan includes a discounted rate equivalent to receiving two months free compared to the monthly subscription rate.
Conditions and Considerations
Membership Timeframe: The duration of the upgraded membership remains consistent with the original membership period.
No Refunds: Please note that downgrading or canceling your membership does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of your subscription period.

GOLD LEVEL MEMBERSHIP
SECTION 1 - Fulfillment
Entities
The person who enrolled in the Gold Membership will be referred to as the "Gold Member" in this agreement.
This agreement is between Finley-RE: Coaching and Consulting and the Gold Member. Throughout this agreement, Finley-RE: Coaching and Consulting will be referred to as "Breakthrough-RE."
Gold Level Fulfillment Policy
Upon enrollment, Gold members gain access to an enriched suite of benefits designed to scale their real estate business to new heights. In addition to all the features available at the Bronze and Silver levels, Gold members are enrolled in the Elite Agent Mastery Program and receive invitations to bi-monthly group coaching sessions. Detailed access instructions and scheduling options for the Onboarding session and coaching programs are provided in the welcome email. This ensures members can seamlessly integrate these advanced resources into their professional development plan.
Membership Options and Commitments
Month-to-Month Membership: $297 per month, with the flexibility to cancel anytime.
Annual Membership: $2,970 total for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, no refunds
SECTION 2 – Participation Terms
We are committed to providing all Gold Members with a positive experience. Thus, Breakthrough-RE may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate the Gold Member’s participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based, or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments due if Gold Member:
1) Becomes disruptive or difficult to work with,
2) Fails to follow the Program guidelines; or
3) Impairs the participation of our employees, contractors, Platinum Members, instructors, or participants in any of our programs.
SECTION 3 – Non-Solicitation
Gold Member agrees with and for the benefit of Breakthrough-RE that, during the Program and for a period of one (1) year after separation from the Program (whether such separation results from early termination or successful completion), Gold Member will not (except with the prior written consent of Breakthrough-RE), directly or indirectly, either as an individual or as a partner or joint venture or an employee, sales representative, principal consultant, agent, shareholder, officer or director, for any person, firm, association, organization syndicate, company or corporation, or in any other manner whatsoever, contact, solicit, or attempt to solicit any of the persons, Members, employees, companies or institutions with whom Gold Member had dealings through the Program -
1) For the purpose or intent of competing with Breakthrough-RE to provide the same or similar services which Breakthrough-RE is currently providing to any of these individuals,
2) To leave the employ or engagement of Breakthrough-RE; or,
3) To sell or offer for sale or solicit orders for the sale of any products or services.
SECTION 4– Confidential Information
We respect the Gold Member’s privacy and must insist that Gold Member also respects the privacy of fellow Program participants. Breakthrough-RE respects Gold Member’s confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that Gold Member respects the same right of fellow Program participants and of Breakthrough-RE. Thus, Gold Member agrees:
1) Not to infringe upon any Program participant’s or Breakthrough-RE’s copyrights, patents trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights,
2) That any Confidential Information shared by Program Participants or any representative of Breakthrough-RE is confidential and proprietary, and any such Confidential Information belongs solely and exclusively to the party who discloses such information,
3) Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program Sessions,
4) That all materials and information provided to Gold Member by Breakthrough-RE are confidential and proprietary, intellectual property which belongs solely and exclusively to Breakthrough-RE, and may only be used by Gold Member as authorized in writing by Breakthrough-RE,
5) Reproduction, distribution, or sale of these materials by anyone but Breakthrough-RE is strictly prohibited; and,
6) That if Gold Member violates or displays any likelihood of violating any of these sections contained in this paragraph or referenced in this Agreement, Breakthrough-RE and/or other Program participants will be entitled to injunctive relief against Gold Member for any such violations.
7) A breach of any of the promises or agreements contained herein will result in irreparable and continuing damage to Breakthrough-RE for which there will be no adequate remedy at law, and Breakthrough-RE shall be entitled to injunctive relief and/or a decree for specific performance, and such other relief as may be proper (including monetary damages, and attorney’s fees if appropriate). While Gold Member is free to discuss Gold Member’s individual results from this Program or any Breakthrough-RE Program or training, Gold Member must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.
SECTION 5 – Program Content
1) Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, advice or counseling tailored to any specific discipline of real estate practice.
2) Content is centered around 1) learning systems, tools, and processes in running a real estate business, and 2) coaching to help Gold Member deepen knowledge and begin to implement these systems, tools, and processes.
3) All materials, procedures, policies, standards, manuals, teaching aids, and other similar tools that have been or will be, made available by Breakthrough-RE or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for individual use in or in conjunction with this training and Coaching Program only.
4) Program content is for individual use only, and may not be sold, audio recorded, video recorded, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Breakthrough-RE, or its designated agent.
5) All login information and all Course Home page access is solely used for the Gold Member. Login information and Course access or access to any webpage in the portal is not to be shared with anyone. If the Gold Member has challenges with any webpage, login, or Gold Member portal, the Gold Member will contact the Success Team at successteam@Breakthrough-RE.com or CLICK HERE for assistance and will not seek advice from outside parties by sharing confidential login information.
6) The information contained in Program material is strictly for educational purposes.
7) Success with this Program is largely driven by the Gold Member’s willingness to take actions as recommended by Breakthrough-RE, as it relates to the content of the Program.
8) If Gold Member wishes to apply (or not apply) ideas, concepts, teachings, etc. contained in this material, Gold Member is taking full responsibility for Gold Member’s actions and furthermore, Gold Member agrees that Gold Member’s success with the Program is dependent on Gold Member’s willingness to follow the steps outlined by Breakthrough-RE.
9) Breakthrough-RE assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Program materials.
SECTION 6 – Coaching Component
1) Upon enrollment in the program, Gold Member will be notified of bi-weekly Group Coaching schedule and given access to Group Coaching.
2) The Gold Member will have the option to meet with the Coach and other Gold and Platinum Level participants in bi-weekly Group Coaching via Zoom or other video format. The Gold Member will make every effort to meet via video format with camera on to help facilitate a more meaningful, face-to-face experience.
3) The goal of the Group Coaching Session is to help the Gold and Platinum Members increase their knowledge and implement the systems, tools, or processes outlined in the learning programs. However, other topics may also be discussed during the coaching session. These may include but are not limited to:
a) Production goals and results
b) Business Goals and results
c) Personal goals and results
d) Mindset
e) Systems, tools, processes, and technology
f) Reading assignments
4) The relationship between the Gold and Platinum Members and the Coach is a professional relationship designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional, and/or business goals and to develop and carry out the strategy/plan for moving towards those goals. The Gold Member is aware that Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, or any other form of metal health care, treatment, or therapy, nor is it to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, or other qualified professionals.
5) The Gold Member agrees that to be successful in the coaching relationship, the Gold Member will
a) Make every effort to ensure he/she is at peak mental, physical, and emotional state for each Group Coaching session,
b) Be ready to work and receive feedback,
c) Be willing to try new ways of learning,
d) Be honest and open,
e) Keep commitments and inform the Coach immediately when things are not working,
f) Be willing to explore, challenge thoughts, feelings, and actions that the Gold Member recognizes are self-defeating,
g) Understand the Coach will be focused on the Gold and Platinum Members' best interests as a whole, and not just the Gold Member’s goals.
SECTION 7 – Terms of Sale
1) Gold Member hereby agrees that all Program sales are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2) Gold Member agrees that Gold Member has fully consented to any payment to Breakthrough-RE and that any/all payments are valid, and that Gold Member has consented to the purchase of the Gold Level Membership as outlined in Section 1.
3) Gold Member agrees to waive any/all rights to charge-back, dispute, or make claims (“disputes”) again any payment made to Breakthrough-RE as being fraudulent, purchased in error, services not delivered to you, product not received, or any other dispute which claims that any payment is unlawful.
4) Gold Member agrees to not initiate any disputes or claims through Gold Member’s credit card company, bank, lending institution, or any other payment provider since Gold Member has fully consented to all changes outlined in Section 1 and thus Gold Member agrees that Gold Member may not dispute any payments made to Breakthrough-RE for the Membership Program.
SECTION 8 - Membership Change

The cancellation will result in the loss of access to both Silver and Gold level benefits, including the Elite Agent Mastery Program and bi-monthly group coaching sessions.
No refunds will be offered for any unused portion of the membership, for both monthly and annual subscribers.
Financial Considerations: Monthly subscribers will not receive a refund for the month during which they cancel.
Annual subscribers benefit from a discount amounting to two months free compared to the monthly rate but are reminded that this commitment is non-refundable.
SECTION 8 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction).
Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal district courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and Gold Member waives any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over Gold Member by such courts and to venue in such courts.
SECTION 9 – Arbitration
At Breakthrough-RE’s sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from this agreement, including disputes arising from or concerning its interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Arizona law.

PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP LEVEL
SECTION 1 - Fullfillment

The person who enrolled in the Platinum Membership will be referred to as the "Platinum Member" in this agreement.
This agreement is between Finley-RE: Coaching and Consulting and the Platinum Member. Throughout this agreement, Finley-RE: Coaching and Consulting will be referred to as "Breakthrough-RE."
Platinum Level Fulfillment Policy
Platinum members receive an all-encompassing suite of benefits tailored for unparalleled professional development. Upon enrollment, members are prompted to schedule an Onboarding session to tailor their coaching experience and access exclusive resources. The Platinum Welcome Gift, along with personalized coaching sessions, monthly masterminds, and a suite of curated learning resources, are detailed in the welcome email. Direct links for the Enneagram Assessment and instructions for scheduling a marketing consultation ensure Platinum members have immediate access to their premium benefits.
Membership Options and Commitments
Month-to-Month Membership: $2,500 per month, with the flexibility to cancel anytime.
3-Month Commitment: $1,797 per month, totaling $5,391 over the commitment period.
6-Month Commitment (Most Popular): $997 per month, totaling $5,982 over the commitment period.

The following agreement outlines some parameters and terms of the Platinum Membership.

2) The Coach and Platinum Member will meet each week via Zoom or other video format, or via phone as mutually agreed by the Coach and Platinum Member (unless otherwise agreed upon by Platinum Member and the Coach). The Coach and Platinum Member will make every effort to meet via video format to help facilitate a more meaningful, face-to-face experience. This membership is for a set time period. As such, any cancellations by the Platinum Member without reschedule will not indicate any continuation of the membership beyond the set time period. Breakthrough-RE reserves the right to extend the Platinum Members set time period at its sole discretion.
3) The focus of the coaching session each week will be determined by that week’s Program topic. The goal of the coaching session is to help the Platinum Member increase knowledge and implement the systems, tools, or processes outlined in each module. However, other topics may also be discussed during the coaching session. These may include but are not limited to:
a) Production goals and results
b) Business Goals and results
c) Personal goals and results
d) Mindset

3-Month and 6-Month Monthly Commitments: Members selecting these options are agreeing to fulfill the total financial commitment of their chosen plan. If a member decides to cancel before completing their commitment period, the remaining balance will still be owed. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our online form by CLICKING HERE, but please note that the financial obligation remains until the committed period's total cost is covered.
Refunds
All Platinum Memberships: There are no refunds available for any Platinum membership option, including month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month plans. This policy underscores the value and significant investment in creating a tailored, high-impact coaching experience.
Platinum Membership Upgrade and Downgrade Policy
Overview: The Platinum membership offers various commitment levels to provide flexibility and cater to different stages of your career.
Upgrade Policy: Members can upgrade their commitment plans at any time for a lower monthly rate, reflecting their commitment to growth.
Upgrades take effect immediately, with the new rate applied to the next billing cycle.
Members wishing to upgrade should submit their request through our designated online form.
Downgrade Policy: Downgrading from a commitment plan to a month-to-month plan is permitted only after the completion of the initial commitment period.
The downgrade will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, transitioning the member to the month-to-month rate.
No Refunds Policy: No refunds will be provided for any downgrade or cancellation requests, across all Platinum membership plans.
SECTION 9 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction).
Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal district courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and Platinum Member waives any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over Platinum Member by such courts and to venue in such courts.
SECTION 10 – Arbitration
At Breakthrough-RE’s sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from this agreement, including disputes arising from or concerning its interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Arizona law.
