This will help to show that you value their hard work and dedication. Example: When you notice a team member going above and beyond in their work, take the time to provide specific feedback on what they did well and why it was important. Make sure to do this in a timely manner so that the feedback is still relevant.​
  • Share Positive Feedback Publicly: Sharing positive feedback publicly can be a powerful way to show that you value your team members' contributions and hard work. Example: Send an email to the entire team sharing specific feedback on a team member's accomplishments. Make sure to highlight what they did well and how it contributed to the team's success.
